Kololo Hill, perhaps the most sought after part of Kampala, where views overwhelm and the prospects for development are immense. Commissioned by a local property development company, the brief of the project was to create a contemporary yet contextually situated and responsive architecture.

The result is an exciting scheme of 17 luxury residential units which capitalize on the amazing views from the site over Kampala. Using traditional building techniques fused with crisp design lines, the development sets a new format of living, an ideal for Kampala.

The project is currently on site and is due for completion in early 2011.
